Oil States Skagit Smatco, LLC. is based in Houma, Louisiana and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Oil States Industries. Our ISO-9001 and API Q1 certified manufacturing facility designs, manufactures, and supplies lifting and handling solutions for all offshore energy industries. We have delivered over 3,000 of our Nautilus brand box boom, telescoping boom, lattice boom, knuckle-boom, and davit style offshore cranes to customers worldwide over the last 40 years. Through our Skagit and Smatco brands, we also manufacture proven heavy-duty winches and deck handling equipment solutions such as mooring winches, AHTS winches, windlasses, fairleads, sheaves, capstans, and more. Our fixed platform group specializes in the supply of pile grippers, grout seals & packers, platform leveling & fendering tools for offshore jacket applications.
