About

ELF Technology, LLC. has designed and patented an electrostatic filtration system with predictive analytics to filter the lubricant reservoir and continuously monitor the lubricant condition providing a data stream of ISO code to the client.

The ELF (Electrostatic Lubricant Filtration) system operates in a kidney loop system with the wind turbines lubricant reservoir. In addition to cleaning the lube oil of all contaminants and eliminating varnish, with a filter change approximately one annually, the ELF unit includes a lube oil sensor that accurately measures the ISO standard and makes that information available to the client/customer on a continuous basis, eliminating the need for lab testing and delayed maintenance responses to failure imminent operating conditions.
