About

Dive Technologies, headquartered in Quincy, MA, designs and manufactures autonomous underwater vehicles for pier-launched, long endurance subsea data collection in very shallow to 6,000 m depth ranges.

Dive Technologies' DIVE-LD is 19’ long and 4’ in diameter and is equipped with advanced autonomy to facilitate pier-launched survey missions with range up to 600km and multi-day endurance. Dive operates DIVE-LDs in a Robot-as-a-Service model to collect and deliver data to customers (SAS, multi beam, sub bottom profiler, etc.). The DIVE-LD is exceptionally stable even in very shallow waters, though designed for 6,000m depth, as such, SAS imagery is very crisp and perhaps most importantly, the nav accuracy of the DIVE-LD exceeds their nearest competitor by 2X and measures 0.02% distance traveled.
